Privacy Policy

Privacy practices for inquiries about custom household relocation planning and digital move-week documents.

Information collected

When a visitor uses the inquiry form, the site asks for a name, reply email, and move details. The move details may include home size, room count, move date, storage plans, and constraints that affect planning.

The site does not ask for passwords, payment card numbers, identity documents, or private account access. Visitors should not include sensitive records in the first public inquiry.

How inquiry details are used

Inquiry information is used to understand the requested planning scope, reply to the visitor, prepare a quote or package recommendation, and draft custom relocation planning documents if a paid engagement begins.

Room and timeline details are used only for service communication and planning work. They are not used to build public examples with identifiable household information.

Email draft behavior

The contact form uses the visitor's email application. Submitting the form opens a message draft addressed to the site contact. The visitor can review, edit, or choose not to send that draft.

Because the form relies on the visitor's mail client, the site itself does not operate a server-side intake database for the form. The message is handled by the email services used by the visitor and recipient.

Map embed

The contact page includes one Google Maps iframe for the public administrative address. Loading that map may allow Google to process technical information such as IP address, browser details, and map interaction data.

The map appears only on the contact page. Visitors who do not want to load the map can still read the page and use the form information without interacting with the iframe.

Local notice preference

The cookie notice stores a small local preference in the visitor's browser when it is closed. That preference is used so the banner does not need to repeat on every page view.

The current site does not describe a user account, online purchase flow, advertising profile, or optional analytics program. The notice preference is used only for the banner behavior described here.

Sharing and vendors

Inquiry details may be processed by ordinary service providers such as website hosting, email delivery, document tools, and file storage used to communicate with the client and prepare deliverables.

Those providers are used for operating the service. Personal inquiry details are not sold as a data product, and household move details are not shared with movers or third parties unless the client separately requests that kind of handoff.

Retention

Inquiry emails and planning documents are kept only as long as reasonably needed for communication, service records, dispute handling, and ordinary business administration.

A visitor or client may request review, correction, or deletion of practical contact information. Some records may be retained when needed for accounting, dispute, or compliance reasons.

Visitor choices

Visitors control what they place in the email draft. The safest first message gives enough detail to scope the move without including private financial records, access codes, or sensitive personal documents.

A visitor may also clear local browser data to remove the cookie notice preference. Browser controls can block or limit cookies and local storage, though doing so may make the notice appear again.

Household detail limits

A relocation plan can often be scoped with room names, general item groups, timing constraints, and access notes. It usually does not require serial numbers, full valuations, photographs of private records, or identity documents.

If a later paid engagement needs a more detailed inventory, the client can choose what to provide and can remove private material before sending it. The service is structured to avoid collecting more personal detail than the planning task requires.

Security practices

The site uses ordinary static-site practices and relies on the visitor's browser and email provider for the first inquiry. No website can make email completely private, so visitors should keep the first draft limited to practical planning information.

Internal access to inquiry details is limited to people or systems used to respond to the request, prepare a quote, write the planning documents, or maintain ordinary business records.

Children and family details

Some moves involve children's rooms, school schedules, or shared-care arrangements. Visitors may mention practical timing needs without naming children, sharing school records, or sending sensitive family documents.

When family details affect the packing timeline, the plan can use neutral labels such as child's room, school bag, medication pouch, or first-night carton. The goal is useful preparation without unnecessary personal exposure.

Policy contact path

Questions about privacy can be raised through the same contact page used for service inquiries. The request should describe the privacy question clearly without including private documents that are unrelated to the question.

Requests to access, correct, or delete practical contact information are reviewed against the service records, active engagements, and any ordinary business reason for keeping a limited record.
