Terms of Service
Service terms for custom relocation planning documents, packing lists, timelines, revisions, and client responsibilities.
Service scope
Irenevudar Service provides digital planning documents for household relocation preparation. The core deliverables are custom packing lists, room-by-room sequencing, label guidance, essentials-box notes, and move-week timelines based on information supplied by the client.
The service does not provide physical packing, loading, transportation, storage, unpacking, mover selection, insurance advice, legal advice, building management, or on-site supervision. Any outside provider hired by the client remains separate from this planning service.
Client information
The accuracy of a packing list depends on the details supplied during intake. Clients are responsible for giving room counts, storage areas, move date information, access limits, and special-item notes that are complete enough for planning.
If the client omits rooms, changes the move date, adds storage phases, or changes building access after drafting begins, the plan may need revision. Package terms describe how many review passes are included and when extra work may require a new scope.
Digital delivery
Planning documents are delivered electronically in a practical format such as a PDF, spreadsheet, or editable document. Delivery timing is confirmed after intake details are received and the package lane is accepted.
The client is responsible for saving the documents, sharing them with household members or helpers as needed, and deciding how to use the plan during the move. The plan is a preparation aid, not an operating contract with movers or property managers.
Pricing and payment
Public prices are starting ranges. Final scope depends on home size, room complexity, timing, revision depth, storage decisions, and any unusual constraints that affect planning.
Payment terms are confirmed in writing before custom work begins. The site does not run an online purchase flow, account area, or instant fulfillment path. A public inquiry starts a conversation about fit and timing.
Revisions
Included revisions are limited to the package selected. A revision may adjust room order, clarify item groups, correct timing, or add a missing room that was described during intake.
A revision is not a full new plan for a different address, a different move date with materially different constraints, a newly added storage project, or a request to manage outside providers. Those changes can be scoped separately.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation handling depends on the work stage. If no custom drafting has started, cancellation can usually be handled more simply than after the plan has been researched, drafted, or delivered.
Because the deliverable is custom digital planning work, completed drafting time is considered when a cancellation request is reviewed. Any approved refund or credit is confirmed in writing for the specific engagement.
Use of the plan
The client decides how to follow the packing list and timeline. Household conditions, weather, building rules, helper availability, mover performance, and last-minute changes can affect how the move unfolds.
Irenevudar Service does not promise a particular move outcome. The service provides organization, sequencing, and written preparation to support decision-making before and during move week.
Site use
The public website is a static information and inquiry site. It does not create an account, store a private dashboard, process payment, or accept confidential files through a secure portal.
Visitors should avoid sending sensitive records, passwords, payment details, private legal documents, or irreplaceable inventory data in the first public email draft. A safer transfer method can be discussed if an engagement requires more detail.
Third-party providers
Clients may choose to share the planning documents with movers, building managers, storage providers, cleaners, family members, or helpers. Those parties are not controlled by Irenevudar Service, and their work, availability, fees, insurance terms, and service quality remain outside this agreement.
If a third-party provider asks for instructions, measurements, inventory values, access codes, or building forms, the client is responsible for checking that request and deciding what to share. The planning documents can support those conversations but do not authorize anyone to enter a property or handle belongings.
Reasonable use
The client may use the delivered documents for the household move described in the engagement. Reposting the documents as a public template, reselling them, or using them for unrelated commercial projects requires written permission.
The client may print copies, share copies with household members, or provide relevant sections to helpers involved in the move. Shared copies should be kept current if the client asks for a revision or changes the room sequence.
No emergency service
The service is not an emergency moving hotline. It is most useful when there is enough time to collect household details, draft the plan, review it, and adjust the sequence before the final week.
If a visitor has an immediate property access problem, safety concern, building lockout, active damage, or urgent transport issue, that situation should be handled with the appropriate local provider or authority rather than through this planning site.
Changes to terms
These terms describe the public service model currently offered through the site. If the service model changes materially, updated terms should be posted with language that matches the new public offer.
A client engagement can also include a written scope note or email confirmation. When a written scope conflicts with a general public description, the specific written scope for that engagement controls the practical deliverables for that client.
