Relocation plans priced by move complexity

Each package creates a digital plan for packing order, room labels, essentials, and move-week timing. The difference is the number of rooms, the depth of detail, and the revision support.

What the planning document includes

The plan is written for the person managing the household move, not for a warehouse crew. It names each room, describes what to pack together, flags the boxes that should stay available, and turns the last week into a sequence that can be followed by family members, roommates, or hired packers.

When the scope calls for it, we add separate notes for storage units, building elevators, parking windows, fragile shelves, pantry disposal, donation runs, school items, and first-night cartons.

  • Room inventory worksheet with priority tags.
  • Label legend and box grouping rules.
  • Move-week timeline with daily task windows.
  • Open-items list for the final evening and morning.

Scope boundaries

Planning support is useful only when the boundary is explicit. The service creates written guidance and editable documents; it does not replace a licensed mover, packer, storage provider, insurer, building manager, or legal reviewer.

How pricing is confirmed

The public prices are starting ranges. Final scope depends on room count, move date, storage complexity, inventory detail, and how much revision support is needed. The first reply confirms the lane, timeline, and information needed before paid planning begins.

For a small apartment, the plan can stay compact. For a larger home, the work usually needs more room categories, more exceptions, and a clearer final-night list.
